8" Shims (White Wood) — Coming Soon
8" (7-3/4" actual length). Made from white wood instead of cedar. Strapped in bundles of 16, 30 bundles per box (480 shims per box) — same packaging as the 9" shims. White wood skips cedar's natural antimicrobial edge, but it's a denser wood that holds up better under compression — a good fit for setting cabinets and interior doors. It takes a little more muscle to snap than cedar, but most of the time if it's scored it will snap cleanly.
